Q: What is a digital file?
A digital file is a PDF that we design and you can print! After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to download the PDF to your computer. Instructions are included and we are available for any questions! Don't worry - it's easy!
Q: What program do I use to edit the PDF?
You need to use Adobe Reader DC on a desktop computer. Don’t worry, it’s free! https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Q: Can I edit the design on my phone or ipad?
No, I’m sorry. You must use Adobe Reader DC on your desktop computer.
Q: How do I print?
If you don’t have a printer, you can take the file to your local copy center (Staples, Kinkos, Office Max etc) for printing. For signage, they can also help with spray mounting and trimming.
Q. My editable PDF is not saving! What can I do?
If you are having trouble SAVING your file - a quick update to your Adobe Reader DC will resolve that issue: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Q. Why can't I add a photo?
You want to be sure you are opening the file in Adobe Reader. Sometimes if you double click the PDF it will open in another program or web application - and it will not function properly. You can open the Adobe Reader program, then select FILE: OPEN
Q: Can you print & ship my photo prop?
Yes, we partnered with an awesome printer. Your prop will be made of a high quality, sturdy, lightweight, sturdy material, that can be used over and over again. The ink and signs are weather resistant, which makes them great for outdoor use! And because of the matte finish, you won’t have to worry about your camera flash reflecting off the board Email us for photo prop printing instructions.
Q. A lot of your items are DIY, is this hard for me to do?
Not at all! We include very easy to follow instructions for all of our DIY projects. And we are available for any questions you have during the DIY process. Plus, DIY projects are super fun! You get to create something and show everyone what a crafty person you are! (Be prepared to receive lots of compliments!)
Q. What are your business hours?
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM EST. We do respond to questions 7 days a week, within 24 hours.

We love hearing your ideas and the opportunity to collaborate. Please contact us with your idea and lets see if we would be a good match.
We do not offer refunds for digital files once they have been emailed or downloaded. Please contact us if you are having any issues with your download and we will be happy to assist you.
All designs and layouts from Creative Union Design© are for personal, non-commercial use. Illustrations and graphics cannot be duplicated.
The customer is responsible to fully proof the design before printing. Creative Union Design is not responsible for printing costs due to reprinting because of mistakes.
