Picking a wedding dress

Before I went to school for Graphic Design - I received a degree in Fashion Design. My main area of focus was wedding and bridal gowns. I ended up switching career paths when I thought the wedding industry would be too much of a challenge for me. Now that I look back over my career path, it is sort of funny  that I ended up working in the wedding industry after all!

Even though I switched career gears, I've always maintained an interest in what is trending for brides, not just in the design world, but also in fashion. Even when I was getting married, I had such a difficult time making a decision on just one dress. I tried on 37 dresses before I found the one that was perfect - as they say: It was love at first sight.

I wanted to write a blog about some beautiful trends I have spotted for the upcoming wedding season. Hopefully this will help you find "the one". And because I mostly sell on Etsy, I wanted to promote some of my fellow small business owners and share the love!
