We like to gather together in one place, enjoy a meal, catch up with everyone and watch the mom to be open all the cute baby gifts. But what if some family members live far away or your baby shower had to be canceled because of the pandemic?
It’s time to plan a virtual baby shower! Host your shower with an online conferencing service like Zoom, Skype or Facebook. Celebrate with our fun virtual baby shower package. The package includes PDF files that you can download and edit on your desktop computer.

Let’s walk you through everything you need to do with some step-by-step instructions.
I purchased the package. Now what do I do?
Congratulations on deciding to plan a virtual baby shower! Here are your 5 instructions to create your virtual event.
Step 1
Select a date and time for your virtual baby shower. Consider your guests in multiple time zones and a time that would work for most people. Limit the time to 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to edit the baby shower invitation and text or email to all of your guests! Instructions are included for detailed editing and saving.
Step 3
When guests RSVP, email them with the link for the virtual event. Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, and Facebook Messenger are all great. I recommend Zoom, it’s easy to navigate and it is free. You can also attach the zip folder called “GAMES” that includes 4 printable games and a predictions sheet that they can mail in or take a photo of and send to the host.
Step 4
Print the favor tags (or stickers depending on what paper you print on) and prepare to ship the shower favors. Or you can use the attached Thank You PDF to send along with a $5 digital gift card. (Target digital gift cards are great for prizes and favors). Also included is a foldable Thank You card for the Mom-to-be to hand write thank you cards.
Step 5
Prepare for the virtual shower! Wrap any gifts that are mailed to the Mom-to-be. Decorate a special area in her home using the included Banner and 8x10 Welcome sign, or send them to her to print and decorate. Then log-in and get the party started! Have the Mom-to-be open her gifts live and have fun with the included games! Prizes can be shipped or you can use an online gift card!
